How we work with customers and what to expect from our services.

Draft for attorney review. Not final until approved and published by CyberGuardX, LLC.

Draft dated November 1, 2026

1. Who we are

CGX Host is a brand of CyberGuardX, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Our business mailing address is 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can contact us at hello@cgxhost.com.

2. What these terms cover

These terms are intended to cover website hosting, domain-related assistance, and associated support if and when those services become available. The website currently accepts inquiries only. It does not process payments, create client accounts, register domains, or provision hosting services.

3. Accounts and security

When account creation becomes available, customers will be responsible for providing accurate details, protecting their access credentials, and notifying us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Account opening rules and authentication steps must be confirmed before launch.

4. Services and availability

Service descriptions, quoted plan resources, renewal terms, and any third-party components will be confirmed in an individual offer or order before purchase. Plan specifications shown on this website are provisional. We do not currently publish a service-level agreement or promise any particular uptime percentage. Hosting can be affected by maintenance, upstream providers, network events and other interruptions.

5. Acceptable use

You must use the services lawfully and follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include distributing malware, phishing, sending unsolicited bulk email, interfering with other systems, and storing or distributing unlawful content.

6. Payments, renewals and refunds

Online billing is not active. No payment is collected through this website. Pricing, taxes, billing cycles, automatic renewal behavior, cancellation methods and refund eligibility will be provided in written terms before any paid service is offered. Nothing on this page authorizes us to charge you.

7. Customer content and backups

You retain responsibility for your content and your rights to use it. Unless a specific agreement states otherwise, you remain responsible for keeping independent backups. Any backup functionality provided as part of a future hosting plan will be documented before sale.

8. Suspension and termination

Once services are active, we may restrict or suspend services for unlawful activity, serious security risks, material breaches of these terms, or nonpayment under a future agreed billing arrangement. Where practicable and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to limit harm or comply with law.

9. Third-party services

Some services may depend on data centers, registries, software vendors and other providers. Their applicable policies may affect delivery and will be identified where relevant.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages arising from the services. Any monetary liability cap for paid services must be established in the final customer agreement before billing begins. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, with the effective date shown when published. The laws of Wyoming, USA govern these terms, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other applicable laws. This governing-law provision requires legal review before launch.
