Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy will apply to customers using CGX Host hosting, email and related infrastructure services once they become available. CGX Host is a brand of CyberGuardX, LLC.

2. Unlawful or harmful activity

Do not use services for illegal activities, fraud, identity theft, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized access, harassment, threats, or content that violates others' rights.

3. Network and system abuse

Do not probe, attack, overload or interfere with our infrastructure or other customers' services. Mining, denial-of-service activity, open proxies, botnets and attempts to bypass resource or security controls are prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing for legitimate testing.

4. Email abuse

Unsolicited bulk email, deceptive messages, address harvesting, forged headers and sending through compromised accounts are prohibited. Any permitted email sending must follow applicable anti-spam laws and service limitations.

5. Content and resources

Customers must have rights to their uploaded content and must respect applicable resource allocations. Excessive usage that threatens shared infrastructure may require remediation or a service change, with specific thresholds to be disclosed in a finalized plan.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, where justified, restrict or suspend services to protect others or comply with law. We will provide notice when practicable. Serious security incidents may require immediate action.
